Asha 205 and 206, the first cell phones with an exclusive Nokia ‘Slam’ feature
Nokia Introduces Asha 205 and 206 again, the latest Asha’s mobile phones. Beside will offer outstanding Internet experience with an affordable price, both of these cell phones present the single-SIM and dual-SIM.
Not only that, the Nokia Asha 205 and 206 is also the first cell phones that include an exclusive Nokia ‘Slam’ feature. With this feature enabled consumers to share multimedia content such as photos, music and videos with close friends in a real time.
Basically, to share content with other devices, Slam uses a Bluetooth connection, but without pairing needed, and the receiver is not even need to have a Slam. So, with just a few clicks, users can ‘Slam’ their content on its device to another, faster than the usual Bluetooth and through this method isn’t consuming internet data.
“The latest Nokia devices give consumers new ways to express their personality through design, colors and features such as the innovative new ‘Slam’,” says Timo Toikkanen, Executive Vice President, Nokia Mobile Phones.
“Both devices are made with trust and quality that users expect from Nokia, offering a more intelligent Internet experience that is more efficient,” he continued.
In general, the differences between Nokia Asha 205 and 206, lies in its design. Nokia Asha 205 comes with carrying QWERTY keyboard, while the Asha 206 comes with alphanumeric keyboard.
Nokia Asha 205 specialty is a Facebook button, which can be used by users to access to their Facebook profile quickly. In addition, the phone also comes with eBuddy Chat, Twitter, and support for popular email account like Gmail. So, only a few clicks Nokia Asha 205 users can instantly access their social networks.
