Samsung seems ready to challenge Nokia in the Windows phone operating system based mobile phone market competition by announcing its first Windows Phone 8 smartphone, Samsung Ativ S. In fact, the Korean vendor has stepped earlier than Nokia that are expected will be released its first Windows Phone 8 on September 5th, 2012.
