Reported to be present with the name Galaxy Nexus Prime, Google officially released the new Android phone icon with a new name ‘Galaxy Nexus’. Back together with Samsung as a partner, Google also has prepared a series of features that become the benchmark for other mobile phone manufacturers who wish to release a phone with a base similar OS. Using super AMOLED HD 4.65-inch screen and supported by dual-core processor 1.2 GHz Cortex-A9 SGX540, powered with PowerVR graphics, the  Galaxy Nexus ready to start  as a first bearer of  Ice Cream Sandwich Android Smartphone.

Design

Comes with a full touchscreen candy bar design, Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250 is using a material made of plastic which look beautiful with a ridged texture on the back casing. With the design curve glass, you will find comfort while making a voice call.

Hardware

In order to work optimally, Samsung uses dual-core processor with 1.2 GHz speed on Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250. Use of GPUPowerVR SGX540 was a bit disappointing considering this GPU is also used by Samsung Galaxy S version first.

To Make embedded applications and features that can be run properly, The  Samsung GalaxyNexus  has 1 GB RAM equipped. For the storage, Samsung only provides 16GB of internal memory in the absence of an external memory slot. Meanwhile, to ensure durability, Galaxy Nexus is using Li-Ion 1750mAh battery that can be used to watch the video for 6 hours nonstop.

Display Screen

Using the Super AMOLED screen type as used on Samsung’s first Galaxy, Galaxy Nexus has brought an increase in the side that has reached HD720p resolution (1280×720 pixels). While for the pixel density was increased from 233 ppi to the Galaxy’s first to about 316 ppi on Galaxy Nexus.

To support the perpetuation of the image, Galaxy Nexus GT-I9250 is equipped with a 5MP autofocus camera on the back and a camera of 1.3 MP on the front.

To support shooting in low light conditions, Galaxy Nexus is also equipped with flash lights. Galaxy Nexus camera only has three additional settings such as scene modes, exposure and white balance can be found by pressing the left dissisi virtual viewfinder.

For the internal connection, you can use Bluetooth, DLNA, and the data cable.
